If you are familiar with the cancellation policies of other hotels,
then you must know that usually there is a charge if you cancel
without adequate advance notice. At el ángel azul we believe
in the good will of our guests, therefore we have decided to eliminate
this policy. Please inform us as soon as possible if you must
cancel your reservation, if you will be arriving late or if other
delays occur. Nevertheless there will be a charge of one night’s
rate if you cancel during your stay. Thank you very much for your
consideration.
